All Brillion1 services, such as the charges for a Brillion1 Plan, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), Add-ons or any third-party integrations, are non refundable due to the nature of the service and the costs incurred by Brillion1 to provide these services. This includes one-time setup cost.


4. Technical Issues


If a user experiences continuous technical issues that prevent them from using the service effectively, and if these issues are verified by Brillion1 support team, a partial or full refund may be granted at Brillion1’s discretion.


5. Unauthorized Charges


In the case of unauthorized or fraudulent charges, users should contact Brillion1 support immediately. If such claims are verified, Brillion1 will issue a full refund. No refund claims will be accepted if reported after 30 days of such incidents.
