Brillion1 offers a 14-day free trial for customers, during which they can explore the Basic Plan features available on the platform. No credit card is required to start the trial and customers are not charged.

2. Subscription Services

Following the free trial, if a customer subscribes to any of Brillion1’s paid services, they are ineligible to receive a refund. The FREE trial is provided to ensure that the customers try out all the services and decide whether to continue with the Brillion1 platform. If the customer feels unsatisfied, they can cancel their FREE Trial anytime and they will not be charged. If the customer has subscribed to any Brillion1plan, they are not eligible for a refund. They can cancel their subscription to ensure they are not charged the next month.

3. Non-Refundable Services

All Brillion1 services, such as the charges for a Brillion1 Plan, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), Add-ons or any third-party integrations, are non-refundable due to the nature of the service and the costs incurred by Brillion1 to provide these services. This includes one-time setup cost.

4. Technical Issues

If customer experiences continuous technical issues that prevent them from using the service effectively, and if these issues are verified by Brillion1 support team, a partial or full refund may be granted at Brillion1’s discretion.

5. Unauthorized Charges

In the case of unauthorized or fraudulent charges, customers should contact Brillion1 support immediately. If such claims are verified, Brillion1 will issue appropriate refund. No refund claims will be accepted if reported after 30 days of such incidents.
